This picturesque setting of two outdoor floodlit polymeric courts overlooking the river Shannon is located close to the town centre and surrounding idyllic amenity area.
Whether you are the ‘I’ve never held a tennis racket in my life’ type or’I just like to play when Wimbledon is on’ or somewhere in the middle/outside of these types of Tennis players, then the newly rejuvenated Carrick Tennis Club is where you will fit in at ease. With our new courts and surroundings making it even more accessible for any member to play whatever time of day or year. The Clubhouse even has an emergency stock of Tennis Rackets and Balls should you arrive unprepared!
All levels and ages from 4yrs + are welcome to join our Tennis Club. Annual Membership rates are €30 for under 18s and students, €80 for adults and €110 for the entire family.
Club tennis:
Every Saturday morning 11.30 to 1.30, anyone who would like to try out a game and meet the members – do come along!
Coaching Lessons:
All year round. These lessons are open to members and non-members of the club and are run in 6 week sessions.
Summer Camps:
Catering for children age 4 upwards and are run regularly throughout the summer holidays.
Training Workshops:
For the more experienced player (teenagers), these intense workshops are run on daily over a weekly period throughout the summer months.
Corporate/teambuilding workshops: must be booked in advance subject to numbers and coaches availablity.
