Electric Bike Trails is located in Leitrim Village, 6 km from Carrick on Shannon in the heart of the Shannon Blueway in the North West of Ireland and lake lands area. We aim to provide a friendly and professional bike hire and cycling tour service using top of the range electric and regular bikes.
Hire a bike for a few hours or a full day. Customers can avail of our self-guide maps for a leisurely cycle on the traffic free Shannon Blueway or on quiet country roads in this unspoiled and remote area of Ireland. We provide 2 to 8 day self- guide tours of the Lakelands and Wild Atlantic Way from South Donegal to Sligo Coastline and 2-4 day Castle to Castle Tours. Luggage transfer is provided on each day of the tour. We offer a 3 Day Shannon Highlands Tour with pannier bags for luggage and accommodation at Eco yurts. We can also cater for guided tours and bespoke tours. We provide back-up transport if required at any point.

Bike Hire base in Lough Key Forest and Activity Park
We have a bike hire base at Lough Key Forest and Activity Park. You can hire a bike for an hour for a traffic free cycle through the Forest Park 7-8 km, or hit for the hills on an electric bike and explore the high-ways and by-ways of the beautiful North Roscommon and Leitrim countryside. Just explore at your leisure. We have self guide maps and lots of ideas to make your cycle a fun day out.
Electric Bikes, Hybrid bikes, children’s bikes, child seats, child carts, tag along and even a tandem to choose from. We provide the helmet, hi-vis vest, bike locks, Pannier bags and even a rain poncho.
